MQSS 2019 | L14: Perseus and statistics | Juergen Cox

The Perseus program serves as the platform for most bioinformatics analysis that is performed on the output tables of MaxQuant or from other sources. It extends from basic data transformation and normalization functionalities to statistical tests, clustering, enrichment and up to machine learning algorithms. New features can be added by computational biologists as plugins. Perseus talks will address many of the useful applications of the program; provide their statistical background and the practical instructions for the users.
