Completing the Sinnoh Pokédex in SINNOH DEX ORDER in D/P/Pt

In today's episode of catch-Pokémon-in-arbitrary-order, it's the turn of Sinnoh. I wanted to see if it was possible to beat the entire Sinnoh Dex within Diamond, Pearl and Platinum, while obtaining each of those Pokémon in Sinnoh Dex order. Specifically, the Platinum Sinnoh Dex, with 210 Pokémon. This means that I have to start with Turtwig, and make my way all the way to Giratina, without ever obtaining any out of order, without ever getting any Pokémon not in the Sinnoh Dex, and without trading with other games in the series, with events being allowed but only in the case where there is no other way to get it. This is not a living dex or an actual Pokédex completion so it doesn't all need to be done in one singular game. I might be doing the Johto Dex next... but who could possibly say for sure?
