Completing the Hoenn Pokédex in HOENN DEX ORDER in R/S/E

I wanted to see if it was possible to beat the entire Hoenn Dex within Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald, while obtaining each of those Pokémon in Hoenn Dex order. This means that I have to start with Treecko, and make my way all the way to Deoxys, without ever obtaining any out of order, without ever getting any Pokémon not in the Hoenn Dex, and without using any other games in the series, with events being the only external communications allowed. This is not a living dex or an actual Pokédex completion so it doesn't all need to be done in one singular game. This was an idea I've had for a while but I kept getting other silly ideas and it got moved into the back of the queue but now it's finally a reality.
