Please note the following specific precautions for today's exercises:
Neck & Spine Issues: If you have neck pain or osteopenia/osteoporosis, keep your head flat on the mat during The Hundred instead of curling up.
Spine & Knee Injuries: Avoid or limit the range of motion during the Shoulder Bridge if you have acute lower back disc issues or severe knee pain.
Wrist or Knee Pain: If 4-Point Kneeling (Swimming) hurts your wrists, drop down to your forearms or do the movement standing up against a wall.
Pregnancy: If you are in your second or third trimester, avoid lying flat on your back for Knee Drops, The Hundred, and Shoulder Bridge; modify these exercises by staying elevated on a wedge or skipping them entirely.
