Ashwin Prabhath. disciple of the internationally acclaimed dancer duo - Nirupama and Rajendra. Taal - Taal, one of the most challenging pieces in Kathak. This piece has Vilambit, Madhya and Drut laya. Specially Thaat, Amad, Tukudas,Thihais, Bols ,Paran and Tatkar. Here the dancer showcases the nrita/ pure dance of Kathak. Ashwin was also supported by some of the most eminent musicians. Ustad Faiz Khan was on Vocals, Nirupama Rajendra on the Padanth, Praveen D Rao on the Tabla, Gurumurthy Vaidya on the Pakhawaj, Sruthi Kamath on the Sitar, Mahesh on the flute and Sarfaraz Khan on the Sarangi.
