GADGET VLOG Roaster Station for Aillio Bullet R1 Coffee Roaster

After roasting for 18 months since we purchased it, the Bullet has been our roaster for personal consumption. We're quite happy with the roast results, but the stock cooling tray has been a challenge—it’s too slow, causing overdevelopment, especially when we roast 1.2 kg batches (which yield about 1,015 g of roasted beans). That's why we ordered this aftermarket cooling tray from Taiwan, which has significantly improved our workflow during production. However, there’s a caveat: the cooling tray is too tall, so the Bullet roaster doesn’t fit into it properly. To solve this, we designed a new custom roaster cart to accommodate both the roaster and the cooling tray.
