David Vinazza - PosttField I (Live)

A live audiovisual performance exploring the blurring of boundaries between environmental sound, musical instruments, and imagined spaces. Through field recordings, spatial sound, guitar, electronics, and improvisation, familiar sounds are displaced from their usual contexts and become uncertain: environmental or musical, familiar or strange, real or constructed. The performance is part of an ongoing artistic practice exploring perception, estrangement, and the ways sound can shape our experience of the environments we inhabit.
