The Man Behind the Art | Zione’s Story | The Becoming | EP. 2

Most people in Upper Hutt probably have seen Zione around, but whats the story behind him? In Episode 2 of The Becoming, I sit down with local Upper Hutt artist Zione to talk about the journey that brought him to where he is today. From working in youth counselling, to travelling with a band, to rediscovering his passion for art after COVID , Zione’s story is one of stepping away from something, finding your way back to it, and creating something that has meaning behind it. His artwork isn’t just about making something that looks good. He wants his pieces to tell a story — and he’s now focused on continuing to build that part of his journey. This is about more than the person you see behind the counter. It’s about the experiences, passions and chapters that make someone who they are. This is Zione’s story. This is The Becoming. 🎨 Follow Zione: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/zione_artis... 🎙️ Follow The Becoming: Instagram: coming soon 👤 Follow Liam: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/leedle_liam... 📍 Upper Hutt, New Zealand The Becoming — Everyone has a story behind who they’re becoming.
