The day started off with a lot of rain, and we had a few errands to run beforehand, so we decided not to go to the market. However, I think we were meant to go because when we tried to find another place to eat, we couldn't find parking anywhere. So we ended up at the baratillo to eat, and finally, the rain stopped, allowing us to walk around for a bit and look at the animals. When we go to a baratillo, it's usually for a few different reasons. Sometimes we're looking for a tool or a part for a tool that Sergio needs, sometimes we're checking prices on animals, and other times we're just walking around to see what we can find. Now that Keke is back, he also likes going to see the animals. One thing about the markets here is that each one has a specific day of the week when it's held. For example, this baratillo is always on Thursdays. No estábamos seguros de si íbamos a llegar al baratillo o no! Ahora que Keke está de regreso, también le gusta ir para ver los animales. Algo que me gusta de los mercados de aquí es que cada uno tiene un día específico de la semana en que se pone.
