Gatherings and demonstrations were prohibited in certain sectors of Paris from 8 PM until 6 AM, which officials say contributed to the overnight calm. President Trump reacted to the riots on Monday, framing the riots as a red-green alliance of migrants, jihadists and communists. French leaders are blaming ultra-left groups for fueling the violence which comes six months before France's next presidential election. President Trump is announcing $8 billion in relief for American farmers, as rising diesel costs add to pressure during the harvest season. The Harvest Fuel Relief program will provide one-time payments to help offset higher input costs and temporary market disruptions. The program will use a formula based on planted acres, production costs, yields and prices to calculate payments for eligible producers. The Pentagon is expanding its effort to address deteriorating military barracks. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth appointed Medal of Honor recipient Sergeant Dakota Meyer as a senior adviser to the Pentagon’s Barracks Task Force. Separately, the President's Military Spouse Commission held its second meeting at the White House on Monday, focusing on jobs, childcare and support for military families. -- 00:00 NTD Good Morning: Top Stories 01:47 Trump Announces $8 Billion Harvest Fuel Relief for Farmers 03:14 France Imposes Curfews After Weekend Riots 07:25 Ammon Blair Analyzes Causes of France’s Riots 15:00 Trump Calls on Ukraine to Replace Zelenskyy 15:57 Marco Rubio Visits India to Strengthen U.S. Ties 17:30 Pentagon Scrutinizes Universities’ China Research Ties 20:30 JD Vance Campaigns in North Carolina and Announces Disaster Relief 22:35 Voters Discuss Top Issues Ahead of Midterms 24:40 28 Noncitizens Charged With Election Crimes in California 26:44 Officials Tout Decline in Pennsylvania Fentanyl Deaths 29:25 Elon Musk Plans to Give SpaceX Shares to U.S. Children 30:03 Tim Doescher Discusses Musk’s SpaceX Share Giveaway 37:43 Christiane Amanpour Announces Departure From CNN 38:59 Trump Administration Launches Women’s Health Initiative 40:56 Pentagon Expands Effort to Fix Military Barracks 43:42 Florida Issues Arrest Warrant for Raúl Castro 45:58 State Department Warns Americans About Travel to China 46:44 Report Says Hacker Used AI Agents to Target Over 100 Companies 48:12 “Special Agent DJ” Tells Inspiring Story of DJ Daniel 54:36 Black Bear Makes Surprise Visit to California Library 56:12 Shen Yun Hosts “Unbroken” Documentary Screening -- 🍀 Support NTD 👉 https://donate.ntd.com/ -- 📺 Watch NTD News 24/7 on cable, broadcast, and streaming: https://www.ntd.com/watch 🧶Exclusive Documentaries & Movies on NTD+: https://www.ntdplus.com/utm_source=Yo... -- 🔵Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed with NTD News. 👉https://www.ntd.com/newsletter.htm?ut....
