HE WENT TO REPAY HIS BOSS — THEN DISCOVERED THEY HAD BEEN TAKING HIS MONEY

Nathaniel believed his boss had helped him financially when his family was going through a difficult medical situation. So when things eventually improved, Nathaniel decided to do the right thing. He approached his boss, thanked him for helping him during his difficult period and attempted to return the money he believed he had received. But his boss immediately knew something was wrong. The amount Nathaniel mentioned was not the amount the boss had originally sent. The boss began asking questions, and what followed exposed an unbelievable chain. Money had been entrusted to one person to deliver to Nathaniel, but only part of it was passed on. That person then gave the remaining money to someone else—and another portion disappeared before Nathaniel finally received what was left. Nathaniel’s simple attempt to repay a debt was about to expose everyone involved. If he had never returned to thank and repay his boss, would the truth ever have come out?
