The Phantom of the Opera Medley of Musicals on solo Guitar by Tomingas 2013

The Phantom of the Opera made an appearance at the Jackson Hole Showcase on the main stage. Tomingas and his Oribe Classic Guitar played a 12 minute medley of songs from Musical Theater, most from Andrew Lloyd Webber. The silence from the audience spoke volumes about people involved in a journey with great music, then it was their turn to sound out, listen to see how they responded. A song from Cats: "Memories" appeared followed by the Pie Jesu from Webber's Requiem Mass. Then along came one of Schönberg songs from Les Miserables "Can you hear the people sing". The rest were all from the Phantom of the Opera, "Think of me", "All I want" & "Phantom" PS: Yes I know, Segovia didn't strum his classic guitar, but as you can hear, I DO and with enthusiasm!
