Choose dumbbells that feel challenging but still allow you to maintain good form and control throughout each movement. You can perform the movements with bodyweight and still get a good workout. ❤️ GO AT YOUR OWN PACE Everyone's fitness level is different. Take extra rest when you need it, modify movements, or pause the video whenever necessary. Prioritize good technique over heavier weights or speed. The goal is to build strength consistently and safely—not to keep up with someone else.
