Carlos | Faces of Auroville Tango

Episode #13 with Carlos. He traces his Tango melodies from his meeting with Aditi to a growing fascination with its music, intimacy, friendship and the elusive spirit of Tango. — Faces of Auroville Tango is an ongoing series of conversations with the people who have shaped the Auroville Tango collective over the years and continue to grow with it and through it. The series explores the stories, diversity and aspirations that live within Auroville Tango through conversations with both long-time tangueros and younger generations of dancers. Together, their voices trace the evolving culture, human aspirations, individual and collective growth and perhaps a shared spirit that have emerged around Tango in Auroville. Filmed in the environments where they live, work and dance, these conversations capture stories and share a little of our history, in the atmosphere of openness, learning and encounter that has deeply influenced Auroville Tango over time.
