नाहलवीं, हमीरपुर (हिमाचल प्रदेश): 30 साल से बीमार पिता और घायल मां को मिला घर This emotional story from Nahlvi village, Hamirpur district, Himachal Pradesh, highlights the struggles of a family facing one hardship after another. Ramesh Ji, the head of the family, had been suffering from a mental health condition for nearly 30 years and was unable to work. His wife, Rukmani Ji, worked as a daily-wage labourer to support the family and educate their daughters. Their difficulties increased when heavy rain caused their house to collapse. Rukmani Ji was trapped under the debris and suffered serious injuries. Later, a road accident left her bedridden and unable to earn. Their daughter had to leave her studies and take up a small job to manage the household. At times, the family even had to sleep hungry. Through the Annapurna Campaign associated with Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, the family received food supplies, medical support and a newly constructed home. The house includes a room, kitchen, electricity, beds, cooking utensils and essential household items. The family was also provided with a regular ration kit.
