Dalbir’s five-member family from Kheri Shishgara village in Pehowa tehsil, Kurukshetra, Haryana, had been living through severe poverty, illness and unsafe housing conditions. Dalbir, a former brick-kiln worker, became too weak to work regularly after prolonged health problems. His wife also remained unwell, leaving the family dependent on irregular help from others. The family often struggled to arrange daily meals, school supplies and basic household necessities. Their old home consisted of only one damaged room without a proper kitchen, bathroom or toilet. During the rainy season, water entered the house through the weak roof. The family also stated that snakes had fallen into the room from the damaged ceiling, creating constant fear for the children. After the family’s situation was surveyed, food assistance and educational supplies were provided. A new house was then constructed at the same location under the Annapurna welfare initiative associated with Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj. The house includes two rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, electricity, water facilities, doors, windows and other essential fittings. Construction was completed in about 13 days, and the family received the keys on the 16th day. Watch the complete story to see how timely support brought safety, dignity and hope to Dalbir’s family. ✨ Join Us for Free Naam Diksha: Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj Ji is offering free online initiation (Naam Diksha) worldwide.
