New Nurses: Stop Trying to Learn Everything at Once

When you're a newer nurse, it's easy to feel like you're supposed to know everything—and know it immediately. You're not. Nursing is a career where so much of what you learn comes with time, repetition, and actually experiencing things for yourself. Trying to learn every medication, diagnosis, procedure, policy, and possible situation at once will only overwhelm you. In this video, I talk about why you don't have to learn all of nursing today.
