Today we're teaching my Girlfriend how to ride a Supermoto! She starts on the Stark Varg SM before taking on the Yamaha YZ450F. In this video, we go through the basics of riding a Supermoto, including how to smoothly release the clutch without stalling on the 450, how to get moving from a stop, and how to properly upshift and downshift & operate a bike for a beginner.
