🥐 Ingredients
200 g bread flour
2 g dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp skim milk powder
1 tbsp oil
150 ml water
Garlic Butter
50 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 tbsp garlic (finely minced)
1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
salt & black pepper to taste
Filling
cheese (as much as you like)
🍞 Instructions
Mix all ingredients and rest for 15 minutes
Stretch and fold, rest → repeat
Let it rise until doubled
Divide and place into a muffin pan
Add garlic butter & cheese
Proof until puffy (about 45 min at 35°C / 95°F)
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 18 minutes
