They have spent most of their lives together in rural China, sharing both the hardships and simple joys of everyday life. Now, in their later years, they still care for each other and enjoy the comfort of being together. There are no expensive gifts, grand romantic gestures, or beautiful promises. Their love is found in everyday moments — cooking meals, sharing conversations, and looking after one another. During my recent visit to my hometown, I decided to capture their ordinary daily life on camera. As I watch my parents grow older, I realize that true happiness may not come from wealth or success, but from having someone by your side through every stage of life. Through this video, I hope to share a glimpse of authentic rural life in China and the quiet, enduring love between two ordinary people.
