Fratton Yard Freight Revival? DB Class 66 Visits for a Trial!

Join me in this rather short video to see a rare catch of DB Cargo's 66044 with a rake of FAA wagons at Fratton Yard. What makes this so special? This may be a trial to freight trains to return to Fratton, since 2009 there has been no use besides diverted freight and engineering trains, but after looking through some forums, there is an idea of a possible return. However, one thing that does confuse me is it was stated that the cable train (FAA wagons) was a delivery for the upcoming engineering works in the area, but there was no cable deliveries nbound or outbound, so I do assume this was a trial.
