The Caregiver’s Role (Ep. 1) | Care for Caregivers Workshops

You never know when you maybe called to be a caregiver for a loved one. In Episode 1 of this Care for Caregivers Workshop series, Holy Name Church and AARP provide caregivers with practical guidance on the importance of taking care of yourself first as a caregiver. Stella Montano, caregiver and the president of AARP Wyoming, gives tips for selfcare, provides information on resources along with services available to the caregiver. Stella’s husband, Clarence Montano, gives a caregiver testimony and shares his experience assisting with caring for family and friends, obtaining a power of attorney, and being a guardian for someone requiring care.
