🌸 Menstrual Health. Dignity. Empowerment. Every girl deserves to experience her menstrual cycle with dignity, confidence, and the right support. 💜 In commemoration of World Menstrual Hygiene Day, the Ntiamoah Foundation brought together young girls for an engaging session focused on menstrual health education and awareness, while also providing sanitary pads to help meet an essential need. From meaningful conversations to distributing sanitary products and hearing directly from the girls, the day reminded us that menstrual health is an important part of supporting young girls' well-being and education. For 20 years, we have served, and we are grateful to everyone who continues to partner with us to create meaningful change.
