DILR RESOURCES FOR CAT 2026 📚 | How I’m Preparing for Different Types of DILR Sets | 70 Days to CAT

Here’s exactly how I’m approaching DILR during my CAT 2026 preparation! 🧠✨ For me, DILR preparation is a 3-pronged approach: CONCEPTS → QUESTIONS → SECTIONALS. First, I focus on getting conceptual clarity. I’ve been using the basic DILR videos on iQuanta because the topics are arranged neatly, and it helps me keep track of what I’ve covered. Then, I make a list of different DILR types — Linear Arrangement, Circular Arrangement, Binary Logic, Selection, Distribution, Ranking & Ordering, Games & Tournaments, Cubes, Routes & Networks, Scheduling, Quant-Based DI, Venn Diagrams, Tables, Bar Graphs, Line Graphs, Pie Charts, Special Charts, Reasoning-Based DI, and Caselets. My target is to solve at least 5 varied sets from each type rather than endlessly solving random questions. I also recently got an iQuanta crash course, and I’m personally using their topic-wise, timed assignments because they provide a good variety of questions. You can also use YouTube! Search for the particular topic + questions, decide beforehand how many sets you want to solve, and DON’T spend an hour just looking for resources. 😭 And finally — SECTIONALS. Take topic-wise sectionals wherever possible and analyse your mistakes. You do NOT have to complete every single DILR topic. It’s okay to be selective.
