He Was Seen at 1:55 AM — Then He Vanished | Brian Shaffer

On April 1, 2006, 27-year-old Ohio State medical student Brian Shaffer was captured on surveillance footage near the entrance of the Ugly Tuna Saloona in Columbus, Ohio. At approximately 1:55 a.m., Brian was seen speaking with two women before moving out of the camera’s view. That became the last confirmed sighting of him. Investigators reviewed surveillance footage, searched the surrounding area, examined possible exits, and followed multiple theories — but no confirmed explanation has ever established what happened to Brian after that night. Nearly two decades later, Brian Shaffer remains listed as a missing person. This documentary examines the known timeline, the final surveillance footage, the search, and the major theories surrounding one of America’s most enduring missing-person cases. If you have information regarding Brian Shaffer’s disappearance, contact the appropriate law-enforcement authorities.
