A beautiful day in the mountains turned into a special family outdoor cooking adventure as we celebrated reaching 500 subscribers. ❤️ We took our 1997 Toyota Surf into the mountains, found a peaceful spot beside a river, explored with the kids, collected wood, and prepared a whole chicken, bread custard, and hot tea outdoors. The chicken didn't go exactly as planned, but that's part of the adventure. We improvised, cooked it on the stove, added some extra spices, and eventually enjoyed a delicious meal beside the river with the whole family. No rush, no complicated plans . just family camping, outdoor cooking, nature, and simple moments together.
