Surah Al-Baqarah Ayah 266 presents a powerful parable of a man whose flourishing garden is destroyed at the moment he needs it most. The garden symbolizes our righteous deeds, while its destruction represents the tragic loss of reward caused by insincerity, hypocrisy, arrogance, or persistent sin. Allah calls believers to reflect deeply on preserving sincere faith and protecting their good deeds until the Day of Judgment. This verse reminds us that the value of our actions lies not only in performing them but in maintaining sincerity and steadfastness throughout our lives. May Allah make our deeds sincere, protect our worship from hypocrisy, and allow us to meet Him with accepted deeds. Ameen. Quran (2:266): "Would any of you like to have a garden of palm trees and grapevines beneath which rivers flow, containing every kind of fruit, while old age has overtaken him and he has weak offspring, then it is struck by a whirlwind containing fire and is burned? Thus Allah makes the signs clear to you so that you may reflect."
