After an wander along the wooded hillside ridge with Troy I discovered a new bloc (BIG LAD Bloc) 10m downhill from the Little Dal boulders. It took some cleaning but I was rewarded with a great set of moves and a fantastic view. The aptly named Flesh to Nothing is in the cave above Long Wall. Bring plenty of skin. I really enjoy the process of imagining the moves even while I'm cleaning and again before I've got my shoes on. Sometimes having to rethink my envisioned sequence. The cleaning, terracing; to help prevent ground erosion, working moves out, the climbing and finally the filming/editing, all great fun. I can easily spend the day by myself doing all this.
