0:00 launch 3:26 stow landing legs 04:09 explore 08:45 climb and sink 17:00 peak 18:00 explore 23:00 climb and sink 45:03 engine off 57:46 landing approach 58:26 landing Temp mid 70s, wind 3-8, with gusts 10 aloft Its been really windy nearly every day since the last flight, some days would gust to over 20, it was a little windier than I had hoped for but had a nice head wind for SW launch. When I turned the engine off, a pretty strong thermal started directly over the airfield that I thought would last longer but it turned off after a bit. Tomorrow is supposed to be calm and will try to fly at a new location launching off some land thats close to some hills. Its not as manicured as the airfield but I think I can manage. Took the ultrasport to lookout to get the kingpost repaired but the donor glider they had its kingpost was wore out at the mount so Im not sure what im going to do with it, I want to try to see if I can repair the post myself. I think I can bolt some aluminum strap to the mount holes and would need to make a new pin for it. #flphg #hanggliding
