Amish Friendship Cinnamon Rolls

Amish Friendship Cinnamon Rolls Day 1 In a large mixing bowl 2 cups flour (really needs 3) 1 cup Milk 1 cup Starter Combine and cover and let sit over night (10-12 hours) Day 2 Add 3 Tbl Sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup shortening 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder Mix well (I will use my stand mixer from now on) Turn out onto floured surface and knead until it is no longer sticky, dusting with flour as needed. Roll out into a rectangle 1/2 inch thick. Melt 3 Tbl Butter and brush on the rolled out dough. 1/4 cup sugar 1 Tbl Cinnamon mix together and sprinkle all over the buttered dough. Roll up dough from the wide side. Cut into 1 inch pieces. place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350° preheated oven for 30 minutes. allow to cool and frost. 2 cups powdered sugar 2 tbl melted butter 1 to 2 tsp vanilla 3 Tbl of milk Mix well and drizzle all over the cinnamon rolls.
