It may have to share this honour with the EIR 21 "Express", its sister loco which has been restored to full working order. The Fairy Queen arrived in India in 1855 to work the East Indian Railway company lines. She contributed to the 1857 war effort by transporting troops arriving at Calcutta from Madras to Raniganj. The loco has 130 hp traction power and a top speed of 40 Km/h. The tender carries 2 Tons Coal and 3000 L water.
