Driver's Eye View - Radošina to Zbehy (Slovakia)

Mothballed branch lines fascinate people, especially ones that haven’t see a train for many years. During the last leg of our journey from Poprad Tatry to Bratislava I managed to bring a GoPro camera back to life with the help of my laptop and an external power pack, enabling me to capture this fascinating “driver’s eye view” as our train made its way gingerly back along the branch line from Radošina to Zbehy. Rusty rails, an occasional hefty whack from a tree branch and people stopping to watch an event many thought had passed into history, a full size passenger train on the long disused branch line, made this a very memorable event.
