Beyond Grades: Raising Successful Kids

Daniela Dohnert has helped teens and young adults build confidence, self-awareness, and healthier communication with their parents. Through practical coaching tools and creative art-based reflection, the business supports young people in expressing what they feel, understanding who they are, and making choices with more clarity. It also helps parents move from lecturing and worrying to listening, guiding, and creating calmer conversations at home. Daniela D Coaching was founded by Daniela. She is dedicated to helping families feel more connected, understood, and supported. On this episode of Smart Parents Successful Students, you will hear: • How art and creative activities help teens express feelings, overcome challenges, and open up more naturally • Why it is good to focus on individual growth and abilities rather than expecting straight A's • When to listen more and talk less  • Ways to recognize what's going well, when to acknowledge challenges, and share your own experiences to help your teen feel supported and understood You can find Dynamis Learning on all the social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
