Redding City Council Candidate Forum | 2026 General Election

This Redding City Council Candidate Forum was hosted by the Redding Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee as part of its commitment to supporting an informed and engaged community. The forum features the nine candidates seeking three seats on the Redding City Council in the November 3, 2026 general election: Tenessa Audette, Mark Mezzano, Rebecca Anne Miller, Jack Munns, Christina Prosperi, Joana Rebollar, Elise Ramirez Sloan, Paul Saulsbury, and Russ Wenham. The forum gives voters an opportunity to hear directly from the candidates and learn more about their perspectives on issues affecting the City of Redding and its future. With three of the five City Council seats on the ballot, voters may select up to three candidates, with the three candidates receiving the most votes elected to the council.
