This video captures the full drive from Keran to Sharda during late autumn / early winter, when the valley was quiet, cold, and almost empty — offering a rare look at this route without the usual tourist rush. This road runs alongside the Neelum River, and at several points the opposite side of the valley (Indian-administered Kashmir) is visible across the Line of Control — making this one of the most unique border-facing drives in the region. For many overseas Pakistanis, Neelum Valley is more than a destination — it’s a connection back to mountains, rivers, and memories of home.
