Ganeshotsav in New Zealand

Hi, I’m Shreeya, and I live in Hamilton, New Zealand! 🇳🇿 Come along with me for a full day at Waikato Cha Vighneshwar, our community Ganeshotsav celebration. Ganeshotsav has always been one of my favourite times of the year, and celebrating it here in Waikato feels so special. This vlog is a little look at the whole day: welcoming Bappa, coming together for aarti, vibing to the dhol, enjoying the food, and catching up with people from our community. What I loved most was seeing everyone take part in their own way. The kids brought so much energy, families gathered to celebrate, and our volunteers worked all day to make sure everyone felt welcome. By the end of it, I was tired, happy, and so grateful to have experienced it all. A very special thank you to Ramnagri, and to all our volunteers and WMAI admins who put in so much work behind the scenes. Thank you as well to everyone who came along and brought so much love and joy to the celebration.
