From there we travel to one of the most fascinating places in India. Nathula Pass on the India–China border, located at an altitude of around 14,000 ft in the Eastern Himalayas. During this journey you will see breathtaking Himalayan landscapes, prayer flags fluttering along the roads, and valleys covered in mist and clouds. We also visit the sacred Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple and the stunning Tsomgo (Changu) Lake, where the sunset views are truly unforgettable. Traveling at high altitude is both beautiful and challenging. As the altitude increases, the oxygen level drops and weather conditions can change very quickly. On the way to Nathula Pass you will also notice local women carrying portable oxygen cylinders to assist travelers in case of breathing difficulties. The vlog also captures the lively evening atmosphere of MG Marg (Mall Road) in Gangtok, with its festive lights and unique mountain-town vibe. Sikkim is not just a destination, it is an experience.
