Fight2Unite Instructor Spotlight - Professor Rowan Cunningham

Fight2Unite Founder Elliott Bayev @ Forge Training Centre in Sarnia with Professor Rowan Cunningham. Rowan is an OG in the Canadian Jiu-Jitsu scene, having competed since the late 90's in both BJJ and MMA. He talks about his path in Jiu-Jitsu, starting in Hamilton at Joslin’s MMA, then moving to Nova Scotia where he launched Abhaya MMA. Returning to Ontario, Rowan taught out of Adrenaline Training Centre in London Ontario before moving to Sarnia to launch Forge. Rowan recently joined GF Team under Jake McKenzie and shows a slick 1/2 guard sweep directly from him as well as his own hilarious mind-control flower sweep.
