I Didn't Expect This! Still Harvesting Tomatoes in October! 🍅

Still harvesting homegrown tomatoes in mid-October! 🍅🍂 I collected this lovely tomato harvest on 17th October, and I couldn't be happier with how my outdoor tomato plants have performed this year. Even in the middle of autumn, my cherry tomatoes are still ripening on the vines, and there are plenty more left to pick! What makes this harvest even more special is that all my outdoor tomatoes are growing in a tiny 2 m² raised bed. I've planted 8 cherry tomato plants and 2 beefsteak tomato plants alongside 4 cucumber plants and 10 pepper plants, a mixture of sweet and chilli peppers. It's a little growing space packed with summer crops, and I'm amazed by how productive it has been. And the harvest wasn't just about tomatoes! 🥒 I also picked a massive Femspot cucumber, almost as long and thick as my whole arm. It's wonderful to still be collecting homegrown vegetables so late in the season. Join me for this relaxed October garden harvest as I gather my ripe cherry tomatoes, check what's still growing outdoors and celebrate the last fruits of a very productive growing season. If you're interested in growing tomatoes outdoors, making the most of a small vegetable garden, or harvesting homegrown produce well into autumn, I hope you'll enjoy this video. 🌱 Welcome to My Windy Garden!
