Dalton Wilcox is the self-proclaimed "Poet Laureate of the West" and author of absurd cowboy books like You Must Buy Your Wife at Least as Much Jewelry as You Buy Your Horse. He claims to be a prolific monster hunter who fights vampires and mummies while keeping a wooden stake hidden in his pants. His personal life is equally chaotic: he has three daughters with his late ex-wife Cecilia, survived an underground tunnel collapse by hoarding jerky, and currently lives in a defunct Pier One with a stolen horse.
