Just received your Apollo Phantom 2.0 or Phantom 2.0 Stellar? This is the full setup — box to first ride, in about 15 minutes. New for 2026: the front fender and kickstand foot ship detached to reduce packaging size, so there are two extra steps compared to earlier Phantom videos. ⚠️ YOUR CHARGER IS IN THE BOX. It sits under the lower foam insert, beneath the scooter. Lift the foam before you recycle anything. You'll use the supplied Allen keys — including a 2.5 mm for the fender. Do not use a power tool on any of these screws. Hand-tighten only. Stripping a thread on day one is the most common setup mistake we see. FENDER SCREWS — READ THIS There are 8 screws in the bag inside the fender. Two head types: Flat head → the plastic fender face (sits flush) Round head → the fender bracket Start all four loosely, align, then tighten. If one won't line up, back the neighbouring screw off slightly and it will drop in. Snug, not forced — you can crack the plastic. BRAKES RUBBING? Normal on a brand new unit. Tolerances are tight out of the box. Ride it, use the brakes, and it clears within a few kilometres. If it persists, see our brake adjustment guide below.
