✨ LIBRA 2° — THE LIGHT OF THE SIXTH RACE TRANSMUTED TO THE SEVENTH

🌌 WHAT ARE THE SABIAN SYMBOLS? The Sabian Symbols are a sequence of 360 symbolic images—one for every degree of the zodiac. Each symbol presents a scene, figure, object or event that can be contemplated as an expression of human experience and consciousness. The symbols originated in San Diego in 1925 through the collaboration of astrologer Marc Edmund Jones and clairvoyant Elsie Wheeler. Jones organized the symbols and developed their astrological framework, while Wheeler received the 360 images during a single extraordinary day. Marc Edmund Jones published the foundational interpretation of the symbols. Astrologer and philosopher Dane Rudhyar later expanded them through a psychological, spiritual and evolutionary perspective. Contemporary astrologer and author Lynda Hill has also become one of their most widely known and respected interpreters, helping introduce the Sabian Symbols to new generations. Each symbol can be approached as a meditation, an archetypal image and a doorway into a deeper question about life. ⚖️ LIBRA 2° — CARRYING THE LIGHT FORWARD Libra 2° presents the image of the light of the sixth race transmuted to the seventh. In this esoteric language, “race” refers to a broad evolutionary stage of collective consciousness. The image describes illumination passing from one completed stage of development into the next, where its essential wisdom assumes a new form. Every generation begins within a field shaped by those who came before. Knowledge, discoveries, values, language, culture and spiritual insight become the foundation from which new possibilities can emerge. Yesterday’s distant summit becomes today’s starting ground. Transmutation carries the essence of something forward while allowing its form to evolve. The light remains alive because each generation receives it, embodies it authentically and contributes something arising from its own time and experience. Libra 2° therefore speaks to inheritance as a living process. We are recipients of humanity’s accumulated wisdom, participants in its present transformation and ancestors of the world still forming. Every realized possibility expands what future generations may experience as natural and accessible. The symbol also carries humility and responsibility. Our lives begin with countless gifts already in place, and our own development adds another strand to the continuing human story. Authenticity becomes the bridge through which inherited wisdom enters the present and illuminates the future. The guiding insight of this song is: Receive the light, make it living and carry it forward in a form that belongs to your time. 🎵 A MUSICAL EXPLORATION OF THE SABIAN SYMBOLS This song is part of a musical exploration of all 360 Sabian Symbols.
