My Day at Westside Barbell - Part 1

I had the opportunity to visit Louie Simmons and his world record powerlifters at Westside Barbell in Columbus, OH. The day consisted of a morning workout plus conditioning, lunch with Louie, an afternoon workout, and dinner with the crew. This is only a short look at some of what went on from a 10 hour day at the mecca of powerlifting.
