I can't be positive about the date of manufacture, but this is my best estimate after reviewing records on the Typewriter Database. The Parva (Latin for "small") was a great competitor to machines like the Hermes Rocket and Olympia SF. Made in Milan, Italy, it weighs less than ten pounds and sits about two and a half inches high. Antares was bought up by Olivetti later in the 1950s, but was still allowed to produce typewriters bearing its name for a few years thereafter. I actually prefer this machine's typing touch to that of the Hermes Rocket.
