I have been building with AI since 2021, back when the tool was called Jarvis and ChatGPT did not exist yet. Everyone is telling you the same two stories right now. Either the robots take everything and people stop having value, or you sit back and manage a team of AI agents while they do the work. I have bet a business on this tooling since before most people had heard of it, and both stories miss the same thing. I built a side business on an AI writing tool in 2021 and wrote hundreds of articles with it. What I learned was that the output was not good on its own. It tricked me into doing the work. The part that made it worth anything was my own expertise, and that has not changed. AI raises the floor for everybody, which means polished output is about to be the baseline rather than the advantage. What separates you is the thing it cannot pattern match against: knowing what good actually looks like in your business, and catching it when it is wrong. So point it at the work you know cold, let it take the first pass, and stay the one who makes the call. Check what it gives you. Ask it why it chose what it chose.
