देह, मन और बुद्धि से परे: मैं कौन हूँ? | Anandmurti Gurumaa

The body ages, the mind fluctuates, the intellect has its limits — but you are the one who knows all three. You are not any of them. Adi Shankaracharya's reasoning is precise: the body is inert, the mind is inert, the intellect is inert — and yet something knows them all. That knowing is you. In this enlightening discourse, revered master Anandmurti Gurumaa explains the profound logic of Adi Shankaracharya and the Upanishads regarding self-realization (Atma Bodh). Delve deep into the fundamental inquiry of human existence—distinguishing the transient nature of the physical body (Deh), mind (Manas), and intellect (Buddhi) from the eternal, conscious Self (Chetana / Atman). Discover how to use logical contemplation (Manan) to break free from bodily attachments, transcend mental fluctuations, and realize your true सच्चिदानंद (Sat-Chit-Ananda) nature. #selfinquiry #consciousness #AnandmurtiGurumaa #AdvaitaVedanta #SelfRealization #AtmaBodh #SpiritualWisdom #Upanishads #AdiShankaracharya #Mindfulness #Spirituality You can email your spiritual questions for revered Gurudev Anandmurti Gurumaa to samvaad@gurumaa.com - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Ashram Address Rishi Chaitanya Ashram NH - 1, Ganaur, District - Sonipat Haryana - 131101, India Contact: 0130-2216500/501, 9896263821 Office Timings - 10am - 5pm (Every day) Email: info@gurumaa.com - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Download Amrit Varsha App for more videos.
