Race Recap & Phase 1 of My Next Build

I chat through my experience racing some of the best sub-ultra trail runners in the world at Sierre-Zinal and what I'm taking away! I'm now 4 weeks into my next build with some big goals to close out the year. I'm enjoying training more than ever - here are a few snapshots of the build so far before we reset with an aerobic week then start getting ready to race again.
