Perhaps with joy. Love and joy have a wonderful way of finding each other, and sometimes joy is something we have to choose. Composer Randall Standridge wrote Choose Joy as a reminder that even when life brings challenges, we can still look for the light in the people we love, in the moments of kindness and laughter, and in the simple pleasure of being together. May this music remind us all to recognize those moments of joy, embrace them, and share them with one another. Choose Joy was recorded live at the "All You Need Is Love" concert at Carlsbad Community Church in Carlsbad, CA on August 15, 2026. The Coastal Communities Concert Band provides its members with the opportunity for musical expression and enjoyment at the highest levels of performance, in a friendly and welcoming environment.
