Talyllyn Railway Heritage Weekend 2025

Some footage from a fantastic first day at the Talyllyn Railway's "Heriatge Weekend" Gala. The first half of the video centres around Tywyn Wharf, as I spent the day helping with the wagon pushing demonstrations. The second half focuses on a round trip up the line with Loco 1 "Talyllyn" and the original 5 coaches. First photo of 2 at Wharf station in 1953 sourced from the Mary Evans Picture Library. The music is from the Wonderful "Railway With A Heart Of Gold Documentary" released in 1965 Enjoy!
