The Philadelphia Film Society (Producers of the Philadelphia Film Festival October 17-27, 2024) Created a 2 day celebration in honor of actress & activist ERIKA ALEXANDER who got her start in Philly at Freedom Theater. As part of the announcement of a new Freedom Theater opening, Erika was honored with a street name for her in North Philly Sat. Sept 21, 2024.
